Safety is always our priority.
When you arrive you will fill in a short form giving all necessary medical and contact details to ensure your riding is enjoyable and safe.

We require that you wear a riding hat that is up to latest British safety regulations
(PAS015, BSEN1384 with a British kite mark),
we have spares so, for your first few lessons you may hire a hat.
You must wear a shoe or boot with a slight heel, no flat soles, wedges or trainers allowed.
Extra safety equipment such as body protectors are recommended especially for children, but not compulsory. Help is available from our Tack Shop on reliable brands and fitting.
Jodhpurs, soft jogging bottoms or thick leggings should be worn
Jewellery should be avoided with the exception of a watch and wedding ring.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the yard. Please ask staff for suitable areas.
